1972...
I was born the fourteen of July in 1972 at Ougrée a small industrial town of Liège in Belgium. It's where my adventure start.
1977...
Five years later after the usual stuff that baby do, I discover a game. From the brand game & watch . I was fascinated by this black and grey screen. I've already found what I'll do in the future...
1984...
I receive my first computer a brand new C64 with a "datasette". And I made my first program.

10 print "Hello World !!!"
20 goto 10

I don't even understand what hello world means at that time. I start to learn basic from a book and magazines. I also made new friends that love IT that teaches me the base of assembly language. I also made with this wonderful computer an invoice program for my mother. She buys me in reward a drive. And, of course, a printer. I can still hear the noise. And I was sure, I want to become a programmer.
1986...
I receive an Amiga 500. And start to programming in AMOS. I also become a member of MICRO info ASBL. Where we help members to use computers, mostly Amiga and PC XT at that time. In this ASBL I can realise prototype for a very big company. Browning. I'm still proud of that. And also minor applications for a magician. During that period I don't only do IT. I was also a rugby player for seven years. At eighteen I was selected to play in the national junior team of Belgium. I still keep the values that rugby teach me. Team spirit, self-determination and never give up. And I also keep in mind the maxim of my club. "Do things seriously but don't take yourself seriously."
1992...
It's when I start my classroom in IT. I leave the world of fantasy programming to professional programming. That was three years of intensive coding and learning. And fun also, I loved to programme robots, make simulations, pilot hardware. And I already like database programming and windows programming. At that time it was not very common in my domain. During that period I also fall in love with Japan. His history, art, food, landscape. I felt like I've discovered another world. I also share a lot of values of the Japanese culture like the honour, the work, the respect of the tradition, the consensus, the pragmatism. I like to work with companies that also share these values. I also start to practise martial arts but just for a few years.
1995...Now
During more than 20 years, I work a lot on multiple interesting projects, I've also travelled to discover the world. And I develop some other passions like the philosophy or the arts. But programming is still my main motivation in life. I still need to understand, to programme, to share, learn and teach. I worked mainly for institution or big companies. I'm a freelancer since nearly the start of my career. I like to bring my experience to projects that count for peoples. I love to work with homoeopaths for my current projects. I like to see them using my applications. I also follow training in Java and Android programming. I work for the university of Louvain, where I had a lot of interesting challenges and my environment completely change. Working with university teachers and PhD is a great source of inspiration and learning.
